Our partner training and recruitment bases across Indonesia’s main provinces each have over 30 years of local operating experience — with multimedia classrooms, simulated home training rooms, kitchen areas and nursing practice zones.
Curriculum
Before arriving in Hong Kong, every helper completes intensive training led by professional instructors across the areas that matter most in a household.
Practical Cantonese/English conversation, Hong Kong household customs
Childcare, nutrition planning, elderly daily care and chronic condition basics
Cantonese, home-style and Western cuisine, adapted to family tastes
Hazard prevention, fire equipment, electrical safety and basic first aid
Smart appliances, cleaning equipment and storage systems
Service attitude, emotional management, cross-border adaptation
